One local Atlanta audio-engineer currently making a name for himself in the indie hip-hop & R&B music scene is Jon “Jayo” Henry.

Originally from New York, Jayo is a skilled audio engineer, songwriter, and vocal producer.

He’s been working behind-the-boards since high school and at just 26 yrs old he has already racked up engineering & songwriting credits with Meek Mills, Jim Jones, Chubbie Baby, Gucci Man, Rasheeda, Kayla Brianna, and Demetria McKinney.

Anyone that knows Jayo personally knows that he’s about his business and his family. Everything else is a far third because he’s so career-driven and focused.

Jayo is the first client that was brought on-board at K. D. Music Consulting. Company owner Kole Davis crossed paths with Jayo back in 2014 and started co-writing on projects together and eventually Kole discussed brand development goals and ideas with Jayo.

You already have a brand we just need to polish you up and mold you a little.’ I basically explained to him that even though he's not an artist he can brand yourself in a way that people are more intrigued and in return book him for more audio engineering work or session work.” - Kole Davis
